Beijing Zoo - THE WORST ZOO IN THE WORLD!

This was the biggest shock of my life...

I have never been more disgusted in my life. These animals are severely neglected and there is just no one around to even regulate what visitors to the zoo do and so forth.

Lazy chewing on my bamboo!

The only animals in the zoo that has even remotely plush accommodation is the Panda's and what a treat to see a Panda Bear for the first time, but for them and more so all the other animals my heart broke into a million pieces.

Even in this horrid condition, they are just magnificent...

At the Wolf enclosure very stupid, uneducated Chinese teenagers were banging against the glass walls to get the animals attention.

At the bear enclosure people were throwing small vienna's and chips to the bears, who absolutely loved it, but of course it is incredibly bad for his diet and there are boards everywhere "Do not feed the animals"...

Patiently waiting for the sausages to come flying into the cage...

This big guy couldn't even be bothered to try and get up for the sausages. He looked like he was in pain, he has a huge sore on his back...

The big cats was where I completely lost it. It is -5 degrees outside and lions and tigers are left outside in bare concrete enclosure with barely a patch of grass only dead leaves and not one drop of water anywhere.

Do not only look at the animals, take note of what their cages look like around them. Dead leaves everywhere, extreme cold conditions and not a drop of water anywhere to be found...
I have been locked in cage about 1.5 by 1.5 meters if I'm lucky... I can't even see a tree from where I am :( :( :(

The animals look sad and neglected, with sores and just completely unloved...

South Africa - PLEASE TAKE YOUR ANIMALS BACK FROM CHINA, THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF ANYTHING BUT THEMSELVES... CHINA IS A GREAT PLACE WITH LOTS OF GOOD, BUT ONLY FOR HUMANS - ITS HELL FOR ANIMALS...
