The Night Safari...

A perfect end to a really long animal day. We set out at eight in the morning and returned at about midnight after the night safari.

The show was brilliant and we had lots of fun with the crowd with a python going missing and a few other members of the zoo family running around on the loose. All on purpose of course!

Now this is what a zoo should look like and Beijing zoo should come and take a look and take a few tips on what "happy animals" look like. My heart still goes out to those animals in the Beijing zoo, but seeing something like this restores your faith in zoos and make you realize that some of them really do some good for the animals.

We loved every second of our day here, it was a bit fast paced and we all had some sore feet and very tired legs at the end, but it was 100% worth it.
